Sheffield keeps station off the port beam. Following are H.M.S. Glamorgan and the auxiliary Fleet Tankers Olna and Resource. |
HMS Sheffield Launched : 10th June 1971 During the Falklands War she became the first Royal Navy ship lost in action since the Second World War. Twenty of her crew died in the action and the wreck remains a War Grave. Sunk 10th May 1982. |
